Cowboys of Color News & Updates
New Year and New Partnership with Dallas Theater Center
We are very excited about the new year. We have new programs and new partnerships and we will be communicating more often through this email newsletter and social media. Be sure to visit our website and check for upcoming events.
We continue our Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration at 2 pm Monday, January 20, 2025 at the Cowboys of Color Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo at Dickie's Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. Visit www.FWSSR.com for tickets as they sell out fast.
We are pleased to share with our members, Cowboys of Color Rodeos, the largest multicultural rodeo in the world, has partnered with the Dallas Theater Center in 2025 and we are kicking off our partnership with a reimagining of a classic Western story.
Dust off your boots and saddle up! Shane is coming to town, and you won't want to miss it. From January 31st to February 16th at the Kalitas Humphreys Theater, experience a thrilling reimagining of this classic Western. This isn’t your average stagecoach drama; it's a raw, unflinching look at a land where justice was often dealt out with a smoking Colt. Witness a diverse cast bring the spirit of the Old West to life, challenging the myths and celebrating the resilience of those who shaped our nation. Don't just read about the West – live it! Get your tickets today for Shane and experience the action firsthand.
The New Blue Collar continues it's partnership with the Cowboys of Color Rodeo—the largest multicultural rodeo in the world.
Together they'll use their platforms to educate further and bring awareness to the multicultural history of the American Cowboy through products, apparel, content, and experiences.
In celebration of the organization's founder Cleo Hearn, The New Blue Collar and Cowboys of Color Rodeo, released a graphic t-shirt.
A portion of the proceeds will go towards educational programs within the Cowboys of Color Rodeo Organization.

Rodeo will always be a part of my life. If I ever become too old to rope, I’ll continue spreading the message of: the forgotten cowboy, the need for understanding other cultures, and working together to build dreams, everywhere I can.
